SALT & CANE is made for the slow Sunday morning, the handful you sneak straight from the bag, and the late night snack you won't regret.

We make food like we'd make it at home - unfussy, quietly nutritious, and damn delicious.

A simple ting, done right.

SALT & CANE was born from our frustration with sugar-packed breakfast aisles, misleading health jargon, and 'clean' snacks that tasted...boring.

We started in a tiny London flat by a Bajan girl who wanted everyday food to be uncomplicated, a little fancy and ridiculously tasty. So she did it herself.
